New Forum!

Hey everyone! You might have noticed the addition of a new category in the main menu titled "forum", well, its up and running now. There are still some layout issues that I am working out within the code but no worries, I will have it all "nice looking" soon so for now your just going to have to look past the size problems. In the mean time I wanted to let you all know that its up and runnin' and already in use! So how does it work? Basically its split up into 2 categorys (critique and discussion). Under each category is a section (animation, modeling, rigging)...that way if all you care about is looking at peoples animations than you dont have to scroll through an endless list of models and rigs to see what you want. Anyone can browse but you have to login to post (which is free and easy to setup). Also, in the "Resume" section I added a PDF of my pages from the Digital Art Masters book so be sure to go check that out too! Anyways, gotta run to class. Keep checkin' in!

Comedian + New monitor!

This weekend has been awesome! On friday my wife and I went to see Jim Gaffigan at the Palace of Fine Arts and he had the whole place in tears. Today we went for a 5 hour bike ride and now WE are in tears. No seriously, we had an absolute blast. In other news, I just got done with the WORM and I am already gearing up for the AIRMAN...thats right...my wife surprised me this week with a Dell 24" wide aspect ratio flat panel monitor (see below).

These baby's are ncie...we use em' in my PIXAR class at the Academy. Anyways, this will allow me to put my 21" CRT over with the 17" CRT on my sony editing workstation. Dual monitors are ncie when working with video. Ok gotta` run...back to reading "The Illusion of Life" and then my wife and I are off to go out for a treat (probably ice cream).
