WORM Sneeeek Peek!
Did I not say I would deliver?! Heres a behind the scenes look at some of the texturing work that has gone into Inch...
Click here for a test render of Inch.
For those of you who are a little rusty on the whole "3D" thing, basically I am at the stage where I have told the computer where materials SHOULD be applied to the character and to test this I wrap a special image around the model to check for any warping or distortion that may occur when coloring the Worm. This special texture that I made is easy to read since it is not only numbered but is color coded as well which makes it very easy to pin point any problems on the model itself. If you are interested in this texture it can be downloaded from the resources section.

It's kinda cool to see you using some of your old tricks =) Looks good so far, can't see too much stretching at all (especially any stretching that would cause any actual issues)
Very nice model too, I can't say too much, but I do like the eyes and the general silhouette of Worm, especially on how much it looks like it's 2D cousin.
Anyway, great work, seriously can't wait till it's done! =P
Thanks bud! Yeah, I thought someone would appreciate the fact that I used my old reference texture from the Blender days. Nice catch. As for the shape goes...thanks...if you like his sillouette you will REALLY like his topology. I will be posting that later tonite. Take care man and thanks for keepin' an eye on me. Spread the word to the others!
